Welcome to my website! I have been a registered nurse for over 20 years and my favorite part of nursing is caring for the critically ill patient. I have also been an educator, manager a quality improvement director, and a nursing director during this time, so I have a lot to share!
During my experience I found some tools and tips that were helpful to me and I would like to share them with you, with the hope that it will help you with surviving the cardiovascular intensive care unit!
My ultimate goal is to help support you through education and inspiration to put new ideas into practice or existing ideas into practice in new ways, using easy to learn important ICU content!
